Individuals seeking employment who want to be discovered by potential employers. Collab. is offering this service free of charge, with love from Collab. because we understand that times are hard. We want to open yet another door to help you get noticed. This one is special.

Your listing (a simple "Job Card") will be featured promoted across our Social Media Platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, and X) to maximise your visibility. We are committed to promoting honest candidates with verified qualifications to build trust with employers.

1. General Questions

What is this service?

A free service helping job seekers get noticed. You provide key details for a "Job Card"—we promote it on social media.

Do I send my CV to Collab.?

No. Only send Job Card information. Keep your CV to send directly to employers who contact you.

Can I send a photo?

No. Keep this on your CV.

Why is this free?

Because we care. This is our way of giving back to the community, with love from Collab.

What is Collab.'s role?

We are the promoter and publisher. We create and share your Job Card. We do not store CVs, guarantee jobs, or participate in any communication between you and employers.

How Do Employers Contact Me?

When a client shows interest in your profile, Collab. will notify you and provide the relevant project information.

Collab.'s Role is Complete

We are not involved in hiring decisions.

Required:

  • Your Name: Full or professional name.
  • What You're Looking For: Role type (full-time, part-time, freelance) and industry.
  • Key Skills & Experience: 2-3 sentence summary.
  • Qualifications: List degrees or certificates.
  • Contact Details: Email and/or phone number.
  • Location, availability, LinkedIn profile, languages.

Example Job Card:

Name: Thandi M.
Looking For: Full-time administrative assistant.
About: 4 years office management experience, proficient in MS Office.
Qualifications: Diploma in Office Administration
Contact: thandi.m@email.com | 071 234 5678

3. For Clients (Hiring Through This Service)

How to view candidates?

Follow our social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, X).

How to contact a candidate?

Reach out directly to Collab. candidate@collabza.co.za  with the name of the candidate and A job spec and we will share with candidate.

Is there a cost for employers?

Yes A 15% CTC on successful placements.

4. Legal & Compliance (Important Disclaimers)

Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your Job Card and for your own safety when engaging with employers. You engage at your own risk.

Collab.'s Role
We are a publisher only. We do not:

  • Store CVs
  • Verify employers or job opportunities
  • Guarantee job offers
  • Participate in any communication between you and employers

Disclaimer of Liability
Collab. is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from this service, including fraudulent offers, harassment, or misuse of your information.

Your Due Diligence

  • Research employers before engaging.
  • Never send money to a potential employer.
  • Protect your personal information.

Right to Refuse or Remove
Collab. reserves the right to reject or remove any Job Card for any reason.
